The website does not retain a private-session home address, medical history, waiver response, or payment-card number. The Manhattan ZIP check provides service-area guidance without asking for a full address.

Cal.com manages scheduling and appointment questions. Stripe processes payments. Kit manages Online Practice subscriptions. Each provider applies its own privacy terms when you use its service.

PostHog and Google Analytics may be used to understand site use and marketing attribution. Non-essential analytics remain off unless you give the relevant consent. Declining analytics does not restrict booking, contact, payment, or waitlist access.

Analytics events exclude home addresses, health considerations, waiver responses, and other private intake information.
