Before booking
The cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies to a session is shown in Cal.com before you confirm and pay. Package and membership terms are shown before Stripe checkout. Review those terms before completing a booking or purchase.
Changing an appointment
Use the rescheduling or cancellation link in the Cal.com confirmation email. Any fee, package-use, or missed-appointment consequence follows the terms accepted for that booking.
- Check the required notice before moving a single session.
- Review how late cancellations and missed appointments are handled.
- For package or recurring appointments, confirm whether the change uses a session.
Packages and memberships
Expiration, transfer, refund, and recurring-billing terms are attached to the package or membership at checkout. For a question about an existing purchase, use the contact method in the receipt or site footer before booking another session.
