Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and lets Julianna see enough of your alignment to give clear instruction. Final studio-specific guidance is included with the booking details.
You need a clear area where you can lie down and move your arms and legs comfortably. Share any equipment you already have during booking. Julianna shapes the plan around the space and available tools.
Early access is open for movement notes, launch updates and the occasional question about which classes and programs would be most useful. No paid online program is open yet.

03
Packages are purchased through a secure Stripe Payment Link. After payment is verified, Julianna sends a private Cal.com link to the purchase email. That link is used to book the included sessions until its usage limit or expiration date is reached.

The cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown for review before you complete a paid booking or package purchase.
Share any relevant considerations before booking. Julianna will confirm whether the session is within her qualifications and may ask you to obtain guidance or clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional. Private movement instruction is not medical care.
